This year’s summit is designed to tackle the thorny issues of how to achieve change across the food system from field to fork.

We are thrilled to announce that Henry Dimbleby, Co-founder of Leon, food campaigner, speaker and non-executive director is joining us at the Courtauld Conference as a keynote speaker.

Hear what he thinks are key challenges through a business, government and customer lens when looking at how we look to fix the food system for ourselves and the world we live in.

We know data and science has to be at the backbone of driving transformative change and by coming together we celebrate the work we have achieved through our work on waste, water and GHG. There is still a long way to go and we need to transition into wider industry collective action if we are ever going to meet our net zero goals, we welcome the day to also address these challenges and work together to fix our broken food system.

Becky Deadman, Strategic Engagement Manager, WRAP

Collaborative Round Tables:

  1. Data-driven action: Future proofing our value chains using Target Measure Act and going beyond data reporting to drive down food waste.
  2. Driving action on GHG & farm data: Enabling farmers and businesses to collect and share high quality data in a harmonised way, and for the benefit of the full value chain.
  3. Water: Making the business case for collective investment in water risk.
